Policies

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your date is not confirmed without a deposit.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: At least 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: Appointments may only be rescheduled once.

Late Arrivals/No-Shows: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. (Non-Bridal bookings)

Products to be used: Apoorva Rao and her assigned artists will use their own products for all services.

Changes to booking: Any changes to bookings must be made 14 days prior to the event. Changes are subject to availability. This includes service count, location and timeline adjustments.

Unforeseen Circumstances: If the Hair & Makeup Artist is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded.

Before-and-after photos may be taken for portfolio and marketing purposes. Unless requested otherwise prior to your appointment, consent to photography is assumed.

Waiting time due to late arrival or absence will be billed at $50 per 30 minutes.

A $100 early start fee applies to services beginning before 7:00 AM.

The bride is responsible for any outstanding balances (Only applicable to brides)
